Main Level has Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with Fireplace, 2 Bedrooms on main level, 1 room has Queen size bed and the second has a Trundle with two twin beds. These rooms are connected by the Full Jack & Jill Bathroom.Central AC/Heat is in the downstairs only
Upstairs has a Loft (3rd bedroom) with Twin & Full Futon next to the Full Bathroom, the 4th bedroom has 2 Twin Beds & 1 Queen bed. A portable AC unit and fans as well as space heaters are available for the upstairs located in the upstairs wall closet.
Underneath the cabin is Laundry Room. High Speed Xfinity Wireless Internet a big PLUS and a NEW Smart TV! Not to mention, plenty of Deck space outside to Enjoy BBQ's & peacefulness under the Trees!

Twain Harte Lake Access is available in the summers. Guests must be registered with the lake prior to check in. Twain Harte Lake will charge an additional $8 per person per day charges at the lake gate.

Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.
